ABOUT SHANNON

Where luxury properties and signature service intersect

Shannon began her love of real estate by working in yacht management and maintenance in the maritime industry, where she managed anywhere from 50 to 100 boats at a time. When it came time to sell Mousetrap — a 72 foot Viking yacht — Shannon remembers, “I prepared the yacht for the listing and worked closely with the broker on the sale. I fell in love with the process and immediately knew I wanted to steer my career in that direction.”

It was during this transaction that Shannon learned a lot about herself. She loved meeting new people, developing trusting relationships, learning about their needs and goals, and helping them achieve those goals. “There are innumerable ways to execute a sale, ensuring the client receives the most value. The entire process – from beginning to end – is so rewarding.”
